Taras Rudnitsky Appointed to Consumer Protection Law Committee

We are proud to announce that the Florida Bar has appointed Taras Rudnitsky to serve on its Consumer Protection Law Committee.  The mission of the committee is to educate consumers and others about Florida’s consumer protection laws.  This includes public outreach events, public service messages, legal education programs, consumer publications, and providing expert resources regarding consumer protection issues to the Judiciary and the Legislature.  Taras is also currently a member of the Florida Bar’s Small Claims Rules Committee, and previously served as Chair of that Committee.

Taras looks forward to continuing to assist Florida consumers in protecting their rights.  The sole focus of his practice is consumer protection law, an area in which he has more than 18 years of experience.  Taras’s consumer protection law practice includes:
