In June of this year I was served with a summons in a law suit by a well known collection agency for the sum of about $15,000.00. After meeting with this attorney, he took the time to listen to my grievances and advised me of my options. Although he could not promise me a favorable outcome, I retained his law firm and he quickly went to work. He also filed all the necessary responses to the complaint. Within a couple of Months the case against me was dropped and the entire retainer fees was refunded to me. I had previously consulted with several other firms. But, for some reason I felt very comfortable with this firm knowing that they would aggressively pursue my case. As a result, I was right and I would use them again if the need arise.
