Odometer Fraud Victim Receives Justice

» Print This Page

Our client purchased a vehicle based on the mileage that was advertised by the used car dealership.  Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, he discovered there were almost twice as many miles on the vehicle than what had been advertised, meaning there was odometer fraud.  After receiving the run-around from the dealership, our client contacted the Rudnitsky Law Firm for assistance.

We are happy to say that we obtained a favorable outcome for our client which included our client keeping the vehicle, receiving significant monetary damages from the dealership, and having his attorney fees paid by the dealership.

We are familiar with odometer fraud, false advertising, yo-yo sales, repo vehicles, rebuilt wrecks, buy-here-pay-here (BHPH) dealers, and numerous other scams involving new and used cars, as well as the financing of those cars. We will be happy to meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you.
